I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM!
You have TWO days after you receive your order to request a return. We will issue an RMA by return email along with a prepaid/printed return shipping label. No returns will be accepted without this. If your order is short shipped/ missing a part it will be shipped to you at no cost. The shipping method will be the same as when your order was first placed.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED!
If your order arrives and the package is damaged you will need to contact the shipper. Please take a picture BEFORE you open the package to check if the item itself is damaged. If you have contact with the delivery person, only accept the package once the damage is recorded in writing.

If you want to return your order you must contact me within FOURTEEN days of its delivery. We will issue an RMA and you will be charged a 15% return fee and also pay the return shipping. The parts must not have been installed. The refund will be issued within FIVE business days to the same method it was purchased. Please realize that some credit card companies can take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear at your bank.
